I use the app to stay connected to close friends and family around the globe. I like it because it's operation on my android phone is pretty stable and there's a function for everything I need instead of having to download another video and phone calling app to make calls to my family from the USA to Germany or Australia. The absence of live support kind of stinks, but it's stable, so that is sufficient enough.

A great app for messaging people, I mean that's what the app is for! Pictures, videos, messages send too! My problem is being alerted to when people are trying to message me. It's been happening a lot these last few months, I would have gotten a message 5 hours ago and then get a notification saying I got the message, then there's times where it just doesn't notify me at all.
